Dry needling is a procedure of releasing toxic compounds that inflame your muscles called trigger factors. Trigger points are brought on by injury to an injured area, and your muscles respond by yanking up to shield it from further harm. That is the reason why trigger factors feel knot-like and frequently debilitating upon using pressure. They can cause an array of issues from pain in wounded and surrounding places, dysfunctional movement patterns, migraines and headaches, and joint disorder.
